As all rooms will be booked on a first come, first served basis, once the room blocks at these hotels have been filled, we may not able to secure further rooms with the hotels at the special rates quoted. 1. The room rates above are fixed in Korean Won (KRW) and quoted per room per night.
2. Breakfast is not included in the rate unless stated.
3. All rates are subject to 10% service charge and 10% Gov. Tax.
4. The reservation must be accompanied with full payment by credit card or bank transfer in order to
guarantee your booking.
5. Hotel room-only payment receipt will be issued under the name of MECI TOUR by e-mail or fax upon
participants’ request AFTER the congress.

6. Please note that refund will be made after the congress for administrative reasons.

| Cancellation Policy |
1. Any change or cancellation should be informed to official housing bureau, Meci Tour by fax or e-mail.
2. Cancellation received till June 5, 2008: No penalty.
3. Cancellation received till June 20, 2008: 50 % of one night room rate will be charged to your credit card as
a penalty.
4. Cancellation received after June 21, 2008 or no–show: one night room rate will be charged. |
